Pria di Wonogiri didenda Rp 30 juta karena ganggu istri orang

Dalam video viral itu, sang pria dinyatakan hanya punya waktu membayar denda Rp 30 juta akibat ulahnya mengganggu istri orang.

Andai tidak membayar denda Rp 30 juta dalam sepekan, pria yang mengganggu istri orang itu mendapat sanksi lebih berat.

Lalu, video viral ini ramai diperbincangkan ketika sudah diposting akun Yuni Rusmini.

Di video terlihat ada banyak orang dalam satu ruangan. Kamera terfokus pada seorang pria berswiter hijau yang duduk memegang kertas.

Ada banyak orang yang mengitarinya. Dari yang duduk, sampai melihat dengan berdiri di pintu.

Pria yang terlihat masih muda itu kemudian membacakan isi dari secarik kertas yang dipegangnya.

Dalam surat tersebut pria ini mengaku telah mengganggu istri orang.

"Sidoharjo, Wonogiri menyatakan bahwa hari ini saya telah mengganggu istri orang dan rumah tangga orang lain," katanya membaca surat yang dipegang.

Masih dari surat, akibat mengganggu istri dan rumah tangga orang lain maka disepakati bahwa pria ini harus membayar denda.

"Maka dengan surat ini, dengan keputusan bersama antara warga dan karang taruna dan perangkat dusun maka dikenakan denda Rp 30 juta," katanya membaca surat.

Denda Rp 30 juta ini diberi tenggat waktu.

Pria tersebut diberi jangka waktu selama tujuh hari untuk bisa melunasi denda Rp 30 juta.

"Dengan jangka waktu atau jatuh tempo tujuh hari atau sampai dengan 9 september 2019 ," katanya.

Bila tidak membayar atau melewati tenggat waktu yang telah ditentukan, pria yang telah mengganggu istri orang tersebut akan dikenakan sanksi lain.

"apabila melanggar keputusan yang ada telah melanggar janji akan dikenakan sanksi lebih dari Rp 30 juta ," katanya.

Selama belum bisa membayar denda, pria ini menjaminkan motor merek Vixion.

"Dan dengan jaminan sementara sebuah sepeda motor vixion dengan plat AD 6106 QI demikian surat ini kami buat dengan sungguh-sungguh Jais Gilang Tunggal," tutupnya.

Sementara itu dalam video kedua, pria yang sama berbicara menggunakan bahasa Jawa.

Intinya pria yang telah mengganggu istri orang tersebut tidak menyanggupi membayar denda Rp 30 juta.

Pihak dari kampung itu tetap berkukuh pria ini harus tetap membayar denda Rp 30 juta.

Pria tersebut juga meminta agar masalah yang dihadapinya itu jangan sampai diketahui oleh keluarganya.

"Akibat mengganggu istri orang,di denda 30jt....

keputusan telah di musyawarahkan antara perangkat desa dan karang taruna,yang dengan tempo 7 hari harus sudah di bayarkan (Tgl 9 sep 2019).jika tidak menepati waktu maka akan naik dendanya,sementara untuk jaminan satu unit sepeda motor.
